If you are hesitant to appear on camera, we have experienced presenters who can speak on camera for your home tour video. Just tick the Presenter option when ordering a video. We’ll work with you to prepare the script in advance. Alternatively, you can choose to do an off camera voiceover instead of appearing on camera.
Pre Production Process
In order for us to write a script for your listing, please provide us with as much information about your listing as possible. The script will be sent to you for review and amendments at least 1 day before the filming date.
Filming Day
A typical video shoot will take approximately 2 hours. Our videographer will guide you through the process of scene narration, indoor and outdoor filming and direction. Ideally, the property should already be cleaned and free of clutter on filming day.
Post Production Process
Please send us any logos, pictures or company closing clips you would like included in your videos. Logos should have a transparent background in PNG format. It will take about 7 days to edit and compile the final video.
Don't Want To Appear on Camera?
No problem. If you don’t wish to narrate your home tour video yourself, we can provide a presenter with script to present your property on camera for you. Just choose the Professional Presenter add on when ordering your video.
